life happens, we get it. here’s how to cancel without losing your heat:

 

🔥 standard cancellations

• cancel 12+ hours before your session → no penalty

• cancel within 12 hours of your session →

  • members: $20 late cancellation fee

  • single sessions / packs: one session credit forfeited

 

🚫 no-shows

if you don’t show up and don't cancel at least 12 hours in advance, a $25 no-show fee will be applied to your account.

cancel directly through your Tuli Lodge account or confirmation email. this helps us open your spot for someone else in the community. ❤️

our saunas fill fast, and every empty spot is one fewer person getting their plunge in, so we appreciate you letting us know early.
