🔥 standard cancellations

• cancel 12+ hours before your session → no penalty

• cancel within 12 hours of your session →

  • members: $20 late cancellation fee

  • single sessions / packs: one session credit forfeited

 

🚫 no-shows

if you don’t show up and haven’t canceled at least 12 hours in advance, a $25 no-show fee will be applied to your account.
